Our staff is either vaccinated, taking weekly tests, or wearing a mask or any combo of the three to help reduce the spread of covid. If you would prefer your service provider wear a mask, we would be happy to do that for you.
Our esthetician is wearing a mask for all services where the client must remove theirs for their service.
We are continuing to ask staff and clients to stay home if they aren’t feeling well or are experiencing any symptoms of covid.
We have a bridal suite on the second floor of the salon where it would just be you and your service provider if that makes you feel more comfortable. All you must do is request it while making your appointments.
We have early morning appointments where there would be less people in the salon. Just mention you’d prefer this while booking your appointment.
We have hand sanitizer throughout the salon and encourage you use it as necessary. Our waiting room is open and available for use however, if you feel more comfortable waiting outside or in your car you call us when you arrive, and we will let you know when your service provider is ready. We are still offering curbside pickup for products.
We will continue to add in additional sanitation. We have always followed safety protocols required by the state.
If you choose to tip your service provider, you can give them cash, check, or use venmo. We aren’t able to add gratuities to credit card payments.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, we may need to ask you to reschedule.
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible. We request at least 24 hour notice. If adequate warning is not provided or if a customer "no shows" we will save a card on file. We reserve the right to charge the card for the value of the appointment in the event of a cancelation (less than 24 hours notice) or a no show.
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. We do ask for a 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancelling appointments to give our stylists adequate time to reach out to clients on our waiting list or fill that appointment time. After 3 no-show appointments or appointments cancelled within 24 hours, we may require a 50% deposit of the service price to secure your appointments in the future.
Unfortunately we do not. Prenatal massage requires different equipment that we are not setup for. We would suggest searching for a massage therapist that specializes in prenatal.
